APRIL 2014: Dewey's Readathon HOUR 6 (Hour 1 for me)

Hey guys!

Finally finally finally am I able to participate in a read-a-thon without feeling guilty about not working on school assignments. Getting back on the read-a-thon track will take some getting use to so for this event I will only participate in 12 hours (noon until midnight - CST).

Also within this 12 hour period I plan to tackle 6 books (2 hours for each).  Some may see this as unreasonable or crazy, but I don't want to get bored plus these books are all books that I am "currently" reading and hopefully within these 2 hours I will complete one.  I thought I would read one book at a time, but I just wanted to try something different this year.  Lets see how it works out.  Here are the six books I am referencing:

Here is the "Kick Off" Meme:

What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
Small town Louisiana!

Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
A Clash of Kings.  I am really trying to catch up with this series in order to catch up with the damn show! LOL!

Which snack are you most looking forward to?
The snack I am looking forward to most are pickles and popcorn! LOL...

Tell us a little something about yourself!
Lets see...... As of Tuesday, 4/22/14, I have officially finished my Masters of Social Work program!! I it has been a long 2 1/2 years, but I made it!  LOL... Now if I can just get that feeling of anxiety that I need to be working on something... Smh... LOL.

If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
Ummmmm........ Actually interacting with everyone and hopefully if times allow, stopping by my favorite blogs as well as new ones and unofficially cheering them on!

I like the idea of 2 hours per book. I like that idea a lot. I might do it that way in October!

Happy #readathon -- good luck and enjoy your day. #teamwordsworth
